Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Nabit is a product discovery publication. This privacy policy explains what information may be processed when you visit Nabit, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

This is a practical starting policy for the current static site. Before launch, the site operator should replace the contact details below and have the final wording reviewed for the countries where Nabit operates.

Who is responsible for your information?

The controller is:

Nabit editorial team
Email: hello@nabit.online

Please replace the name and email address above with the legal name and working privacy contact for the person or organisation operating Nabit.

What information does Nabit collect?

Information you provide

At present, Nabit does not require an account and does not provide a working account, comment, or contact submission system.

The newsletter form is currently a non-submitting interface in this prototype. It does not transmit or store an email address. If a newsletter provider is connected later, this policy must be updated before collecting subscriptions.

Technical information

When you visit a website, the hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, date and time of the request, and security or error logs. This is generally used to deliver the site, keep it secure, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.

Nabit does not currently add its own analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking scripts.

Cookies and similar technologies

Nabit does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting, CDN, or third-party services used to deliver the site may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms for security and delivery. Check the relevant provider’s privacy documentation for details.

If Nabit later adds analytics, advertising, embedded media, consent tools, or a newsletter service, this section will be updated and any required consent will be requested before those technologies are used.

Affiliate links

Some product links may be affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link, the merchant or affiliate network may process information about the visit and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. Nabit does not control that processing. Review the merchant’s privacy and cookie information before purchasing.

Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay or the editorial criteria used by Nabit.

Why do we process information?

Depending on the context, technical information may be processed because it is necessary to provide and secure the website, to pursue legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable publication, or to comply with legal obligations. We do not use visitor information to make automated decisions about people.

How long is information kept?

Nabit keeps information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, troubleshooting, legal, and accounting requirements. Exact retention periods may depend on the hosting, security, or affiliate providers involved and should be confirmed in the final production setup.

Service providers and international transfers

Nabit may rely on hosting, content delivery, security, email, or affiliate providers. Those providers may process technical or transaction-related information on Nabit’s behalf or as independent controllers. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area and must provide an appropriate legal transfer mechanism where required.

The production provider list should be reviewed and added here before launch.

Your privacy rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have the right to be informed about processing, access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, receive portable data, and object to certain processing, including direct marketing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise a right, contact hello@nabit.online. We may need enough information to verify your identity. We will respond without undue delay and generally within one month as required by applicable law.

You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In Austria, complaints can be submitted to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).

Changes to this policy

Nabit may update this policy when the site, services, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page with its updated date.
